Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working after receipt of cleared payment and are shipped via a carrier  with tracking and drop-off with signature. Or by Royal Mail Recorded delivery. (depending on carrier) We use MyHermes and you will get a tracking number via your PayPal account (if paid by PayPal) or we will send you an Email to the Email address you leave with us (make sure your Email address is correct and up to date)

Shipping fees include insulation and  handling, packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, . We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. special care is taken to protect fragile objects. ( you will have to pay the £8.95 per order, not per item) so 1 item = £8.95  10 Items = £8.95

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If any item we send out to you looks like it has been damaged in transit then please put this down when you sign for it, as damaged packing cannot be claimed against the carrier afterwoods. And will not be covered if not stated at time of delivery.


Returns are accepted, If you have a problem with any item that we have sent out (not direct from manufacturer)  return to us within14 days and we will refund/replace as long as not marked or damaged in any way shap or form, The buyer pays return carrier costs and is advised to send by an insured means (same was as we send to you) that way you can be sure we have it, and we can then deal with this in a fast manner so you are not put to any further delay.

Unwanted Items

Any item ordered in error may be returned, but this will be at the buyers expense as the error was not of our doing, if this should happen please contact us first (by Email) and we will try to stop the item/s from leaving us, if this is not possible then a restocking / admin fee will be charged of £10.00 or 10% whichever is the greater. you will also have to make sure whatever you wish to return is sent back in an unopened condition, and by a means that is insured ( some form of signature) 

Items Returned to us by carrier.
Any items returned to us can be re-sent (only after we have found out why not delivered to the address requested) we have to pay a return fee of £8.95 and we will add this to the postage fee to re-send. or if you then you decide you no longer want the refund amount will be as above and minus £8.95

Tracking info.

When you place your order you will have option to input mobile number/Email address, and you will receive information about your delivery, ie day, time of order expected delivery (depending on carrier) not all items are tracked, but most will need a signature.

Claims for lost/damaged items
Any claim for lost/damaged items will be looked into with the relevent carrier and any replacement/refund will only be offered after the carrier has concluded their investagition.

If you are unhappy with these terms then please do not place an order with us, by placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
