Your terms and conditions of use

We aim to dispatch all (in stock) orders within 24 Hours of cleared payment, If for any reason we do not have an item (this is very unlikley) you will be offered a full refund on the item/s or we can dispatch to you when in stock. You will be contacted before we do anything to make sure that you are happy with this.

All items will be sent buy a secure carrier, and are fullly insured, and will require a signature. If you have chose to have your item delivered to a different address (than the one on your payment details) you do so at your own risk, and we will not be responseable for ANY loss or damages however caused.

Non Stock Items

Non stock items such as Flue Gas Analysers, powerflush machines, freeze machines will be dispatched direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 5 working days to arrive, we aim to keep stock information and amounts up to date, but we cannot be held responseable for admin errors.

Product Returns

Buyer pays return carriage, we are not liable for carrier delays, all reports of loss or damage to be reported within 24 hours. (excluding sat, sun,Bank holidays)

Unwanted Items

Any items returned to us by carrier for reasons of nobody available to sign will incur the return carriage fees, plus a restocking fee of 10% or £15.00 whichever is greater, the balance will then be refunded. After the items have been inspected.

We comply with all UK sales and sale of goods acts as in place of time or any order.
